Kim remembers her son Carter for his generous spirit. He was always willing to help out a stranger or be a friend to anyone in need. When Carter was a teenager, he developed a substance use disorder (SUD) and sadly passed away in a car accident at 19 years old.

Kim and Carter always had a close relationship, and she recalls, "He just taught me a lot about life because he lived his life to the fullest and he loved everyone." Through their bond, Kim learned about forgiveness, living fully, and unconditional love. Now, she wants to celebrate Carter's memory, honoring the joy and kindness he brought to the world. His memory continues to inspire her and all who knew and loved him.
